      Also why is Heskey near Johnson, you are a striker for christ sake so get up the other end of the pitch.

      If I was an England fan, I would want to see Lampard dropped. Okay, he can score some deflected goal in a few minutes and shut me up, but he's offering so little to the English Team, keep passing it simple and hiding from the game.

      Gerrard is the opposite, he's trying to make a difference there. But he's not a left winger.
