We have seen the 2 finalists from 4 years ago been knocked out in the first round and come last in their group.The likes of Denmark been knocked out by Japan last night.Spain has a chance of getting knocked out tonight if they dont beat Chile because they lost to Switzerland.

Not one top rank team is out performing the rest.

Will we see an under dog take the World Cup and what is your thoughts on this situation?

Good teams going out and England still have a b***ard run to the final.

I don't even think it is that (France failing isn't a surprised, every pundit predicted they would failed bad) it is just the history that European sides don't travel well in World Cup and with a lot of nations putting 10 men behind the ball team are having issues breaking them down. As much as it is the World Cup of upsets with the style of play it also has been below par World Cup of quality play thus far.

When push come to shove in the end it will be traditional big nation in the final with one surprise coming from the group of USA, Ghana, Uruguay and South Korea getting to the semi-finals (I think it will be Ghana)

European teams have definitely been a steaming pile of sh*te.

And the African sides have been disappointing.

South American dominating and you can't see past them for the winners.
