Well it certainly looks like he has the pace. Youtube video's still aren't enough to change my mind on him but if he signs then hopefully he shows something to prove me wrong. It does however look like he is going to West Ham, all i can say is, good luck on getting the service.

Not at all.

We are not in a position to spend £12m (or more is it?) on an unproven French striker. Well that's my opinion on it. At least someone like Huntelaar has scored regularly in Holland and also got a decent record in limited appearances in bigger leagues.

The few games I've seen him in he's looked lively. Years ago I saw him in a couple under 21 international games.

Unless were talking about premiership experienced targets, youtube and the odd game here and there are the places where most of us who live in England will get they're info on foreign players from.

I wasn't having a go, Chico, it was a serious question. Since this thread started we've been hoping to find someone who knows him, a Liverpool fan from France maybe. It just sounded like you knew a bit about Remy because you were very keen on signing him so I wondered if you'd watched him play.

I'd take a punt on the guy... - if we had millions to gamble with. We don't.

He looks like a good player but considering our financial status its not worth gambling on him
