Very good words from our new No. 10, Joe Cole. Really nice for an English International to say all this positives about a club from "Up North", not just any club but a "Massive" club.

Sayin all the right things to endear him with the Liverpool supporters . I really hope the lad does well for ya's  , either that or we'll see the f**ker get injured in the 4th week of the premiership and sit out the rest of the season

Perhaps, and sorry if I am in the wrong place.

I was just so thrilled by this signing, it inspired verse.   I really think it is a brilliant move... Couldn't be happier.  

I would imagine that Roy explained his vision for what he wanted to do here at Anfield, which would probably include other players that he was looking to bring in alongside Joe, and that, as well as the lure of playing for Englands most successful club probably swung it, he did say he decided on Liverpool for 'footballing reasons' which, I would assume, means being impressed with the current playing squad and the vision for the club that Roy set out to him. To be fair, a lot of players, upon signing say Liverpool this or Liverpool that or I was a fan as a kid....etc let your football do the talking Joe, welcome and good luck
