FIFA 08?

I take it everyone on here uses the free agents to pick up a few good youngsters on this. If you dont go into transfer market, detailed search and in the status bar go past buy/sale, loan and you will see free agents.

I got denilson from arsenal from here and he isnt bad, theres quite a few players in there.

I dont bother buying players like Denilson or anyone around 75-85 unless they grow into something big (+90) or i'm with a crap club with no money.

This makes it hard for atleast a season or 2 to win every match but after that you have smooth sailing ahead. You need any tips on who to buy or who grows to what, im your man

When you first get your PS3 it should connect automatically to the net, if you have a wireless network then when in the game itself, go to online game modes then online custom match, then lobbies and then my country. Thats where i am most of the time.

Denilson grows to plus 90

Doesnt end up having all round ability (roughly 85+ in all attributes). My mid's are young all rounders, long shot, passing, defending, finishing, heading etc etc. Just seem to find better than him through youth system or scouting or youngsters growing into something better, plus he gets to 90 around 26, i dont buy them if they are older than 24 unless they are already in the team.

Fair enough but essien isnt already in liverpool team and hes 25

i dont go for 90 plus players anyway its too easy i prefer a challenge, no point having the absolute best its way too easy.

On mine he starts as 24

I gave him a rating of about 79

I'd made him roughly 83-84 overall, he grows to 89 on mine which i see is a good estimate

My god, its hard. I usually have 20 shots and bury 5ish. Very hard but love the challenge!

Yeah and the usual placed finish that worked so well in 07 not only changed buttons.......but has just about the same effect as a normal finish.

that's exactly what i do but i meant like by going to like play a friend directly. no worries, im on holidays in germany now after i went Dubai. Great place, Dubai but hot as hell. when i get back to Australia i'll be on

I dont particluarly like buying players that are rated over 85 +. The game becomes too easy i prefer a bit of a challenge so i fill up my team with average players and a few "stars" Its starting to sh*t me how the players keep retiring and then the computer reincarnated them in similar names e.g. Mutu from Firoentina replaced by "Murgu"

My game, after 4 seasons, freezes and makes a buzzing sound and doesnt let me play it again. I have to restart my career every 4 season and really anoys me. Anyone help?

I have had issues where it freezes, especially at the beggining when you are playing with Ronaldinho and the match is about to start, it lets you play with Ronaidlinho but the message "Press start to play does not show up"

Strange its starting to piss me off.
