FIFA 08?

I play world class aswell, havent tried legendary yet. I play on xbox and I love fifa .

Just started a new manager mode, brought back hammill and anderson from their loans and babel is upfront for me, insua just being pushed into my first team.

anyone got any ideas of good players I should buy, im thinking of going for rafinha fernandez and menez. Dont need a striker due to babel doing well so far.

I started my manager mode before the update came though so I dont have skrtel and simon

Don't know if this guy is actually real, my scout found him, R. Arruda Parrente from Honduras and he's on fire to me, but i think he might just be some made up guy.

What do you mean by 'full details'.

i mean his attributes.like marking,heading,stamina etc

Out of interest does anybody do tricks and stuff in the game.  And is there a dive button.  I really want to get a Manc sent off for no reason.

I'd actually lock this thread if I was able to. Who would ever want to play a game like Fifa 08 ?

Sorry can't cheat, just slide tackle them alot, the refs only give yellows, well most of the time.

I dont play manager mode in fifa anymore.....

I just stay with football manager when Im in a smart mood and Fifa when Im in a actiony mood.....

Babel grows to about 90 overall which isnt bad at all, Benzema, Vela, Moreno, Pato are the ones you should go for though if you want higher overall ability and stats. Torres grows to 93/4, Gerrard to about 90, Agger to 88. Gerrard though is 27 so 12 million down the drain after a few seasons so not worth it to buy him if your not Liverpool.

I can seriously say this year that Pro Evo is F***ing sh*te! I have a few hardened Pro fans as friends and even they can't deny that FIFA is on top of it this year!

I can't wait to get online with the next FIFA! I'm on the ball with 08 when I play me mates (I've won the past 4 mini-leagues we've set up! Beat me mate 7-1, and he's quite good! ) but I'm waiting for 09 for my PS3! Saves wasting the money as by the time I've bought 08, the next one won't be far off!

Whats so bad with it? Everyone bags it but i dont know how it can be that bad before they send it on the shelf.

Everrrrrrything. It just feels sloppy and rushed everything about it just feel rushed this year. Im a fifa man this year but im even starting to go off that with the liverpool stats going down in jan update they arent the same team online anymore.

TBH everyone I know that has both games says that Fifa is better this year. Too late in the season now though, might give the next one a go.
