Who should be taking the penalties for england in the world cup owen,beckham lampard have all missed for us gerrard could take them but he's also missed a few this year so who should it be?

Prob fatty Lampard if not Gerrard

I've always thought that it should be the attacker taking them but haven't much faith in englands(only coz we haven't a clue who will start) so GERRARD for me i think.
