      On a technical issue it is only an agreement to a takeover so the actual date and time are still to come, yes ?

      I think that if the legal challenge fails, we can give it to kb2x... unless it lasts until precisely 5pm on the 18th, in which case that is the actual date and time ;)

      This could drag on and on and on and on with all the legal s**t,you would think they would just say "ok we've had it" and try and leave with some dinity.
