I'm currently reading The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown and it's really good.  I meant to go to the cinema when it came out but I'm glad I didn't now as I think you can appreciate a story more in written form rather than having some hot shot hollywood studio ruin the story and miss out key points (Harry Potter is a good example of this)

The book is about religious conspiracy surrounding the discovery and indeed true form of the Holy Grail and is VERY addictive to the avid book fan and keeps you turning the next page for a good 1-2 hours a time with the twists and turns faced by the main characters it is extremely well written and definitely worth a read.

I'll rate it when I have finished the entire book but so far 279 pages in it's utterly compelling.

Ok i can say that the best two books i have ever read, coincidently the ONLY two books i've ever read, are Carra's book and Dynasty: Fifty Years of Shankly's Liverpool. Bought them together off Amazon and WOW.

I couldnt have asked for a better read from both books. Two legends of our club today.

I'm not really one for (auto)biographies.

Currently reading book 3 in the Emperor series by Conn Iggulden.  Also waiting for book 3 in the Conqueror series by the same author.  Well worth a read for anyone who's into that sort of thing.

Got 'The Rule of Four' by Ian Caldwell & Dustin Thomason waiting for me to finish these.

'Carra My Autobiography' is a great book. Better than the usual sports autobiography.

I think they pay people to smear the pages with the scent of the actual food that they have photographed.

      Fudge cake - good.

      Smoked salmon - bad.

Anyone here a fan of Nick Hornby's? I'd recommend just about any book from him, but his latest "Slam" was a great read!
