A midfield of Poulsen and Lucas is not good enough it makes Masch and Lucas look attack minded. Really don't know why Poulsen was bought the lad is clearly past his best days.

Great to see Dani get a run out & Shelvey. From what I heard (didn't see much of the game) Kelly was good as well. Bloody brilliant.

I had the misfortune of watching the first half and contemplated actually driving off a bridge.. But its nice to see we still have that spirit to pull games back.

Very happy with Kuyt's statement.  A joy after the Masch saga to hear a key player come out and speak of his love for Liverpool.  Always been a fan of his industrious nature which tends to bring dividends often when the chips are down.

2nd half we came out attacking well for first 10 and our 91 fans got behind them and they went for it. Few neat Ngog turns around there defence and he went inches close to the right. Then Cole crossed in and Ngog headed wide...

Johnson then crossed it in and hit there defender OG Ngog claimed it, then nothing for a while, end to end kind of... then babel came on with pacheco (not same time) and Babel took his man on pegged it back to Dani, Dani smashed it at keeper and Kuyt just tapped in like he did in the world cup.

Pacheco and Babel made the difference from what I read. Will be watching it myself at midnight on LFCTV

What i think, they both changed it for us...

Poulsen was woeful for me, he left his man when we were 1-1 and if they scored it would of been harder for us. You'll see it around 75th he completely walks away from his man leaves him to Predator and then Predator didn't realise til the ball was in Reina's hands.

I know its early doors but he also nearly gave away a peno in the first half, it worries me as he does remind me of Robbie Savage

Absolutely. These two players have my hopes up for this season, too.
