I thought he had a decent game if he played bad how did they you think say Lucas and Pouslen played in midfield you could have been describing either of them with the comments.

Jaysus crouch you go on and on about Johnson he was one of our best players like night you like every game he plays made a remark about how sh*t he was completely out of context with what the rest of the forum was saying and how he was playing. Every single game crouch irrelevant how he is playing.

Could say the same about yourself, mate.

But i feel Kelly is playing out of his skin and is a more solid player. I believe that was the feeling amongst most on the forum after the game yesterday so i'd say i'm not alone.

I've have actually complimented Lucas in the few games he has played well, yet to see a compliment from you about Johnson even when he has set up a goal or had an assist.

Kelly ha potential and why he got his first England u21 cap a few weeks ago but for jaysus sake Johnson is the current England right back if Kelly is better than him now why is not a regular in the England u21 team never mind the full team.

 I wouldn't think you were in the majority looking at the poll I assume because his name was on it and Lucas wasn't you didn't put up the poll.

Unlike the poll against City this actually looked like a more independent poll and probably why Johnson was there and why he got so many man of the match votes.

Kelly said a couple of months ago Johnson is the best right back around and he is looking forward to learning from him.

About time we start Dani. Last season we had Rafa's reluctance on using the lad. Now he is 19, he needs more game time especially against lower teams whereby he is given opportunities to shine. We have not seen many youngsters emerging from our Academy since Gerrard and I also hope to see Kelly given a game. For both players to not make the starting lineup against a team like West Brom (no offence to their ability) would be criminal.

Players like Kelly and Dani have fire in their bellies to give it their best shot when chances present themselves so they'll take it with both hands. We need to smash this, it's at home, we need to lift the gloom after the Masch saga and the capitulation at Eastlands.

I do well hope we grab this opportunity with both hands and kickstart our season. Can't wait!! Go for it ladss!!!

I would hope this game will get some of the attacking players some goals as West Brom aren't are very good side. Interesting to see Roy puts out after a few good performances from some of the younger players last night in Turkey.

I supported Lucas tooth and nail last season. But on evidence this season, he should not be starting matches. I am not very happy with Ngog either.

Sorry to disappoint mate, but it was indeed myself who put the poll up for the Trabzonspor game.

I compliment Glen's attacking game constantly. Jut his defence is paltry at times, and not much better during the rest of times.

Let's hope anyway, that we get our first win of the season against the Baggies.

I would like to try him out there seeing that he is quite comfortable on the ball and since we have enough choices at CB,it would be wise that all our good players are out there on the field.Anyways he can't do a worse job than Poulsen or Lucas.
