Suarez would only improve Torres further, but I agree Torres has been steadily improving since KK came back (excluding United).

far far far far bettter today, our number nine seems to be well on his way to his goalscoring best, however at times, maybe because we haven't played the 4-2-3-1 for ages before kenny came in he did seem a little isolated. If Gerrard was playing Gerrard would've picked up the second balls, nothing away from mereiles, lucas and even poulsen as today we were very good in the middle...maxi and kuyt were good too...but with a second striker especially of suarez' ability, and a choice of merelies, lucas, gerrard, poulsen, shelvey, spearing, pacheco even...to fit around them, that looks a lot better to me.

Against United, he was okay. Difficult game for him to get into. Against Blackpool, he got a great goal and had a decent game. Against Everton he was fantastic and was whiskers away from scoring a goal or 2. Today, i am just made-up he got 2 goals against Wolves. I didn't watch the match but from what i gather it was typical poacher goals. To be honest, if he has a sh*t game and scores twice, that doesn't bother me. All hail Nando!! ;D

Lets be honest King Kenny has done wonders for Nando but one of the best thing he must of done is give him back his hair band, cause since he's ad that back he's beenon fire !!!!!!!

Its his hair, but more importantly, Its the headband. The last game he played with us last season was against Benfica and he banged in 2 goals, and in the last 7 games of the season (before his haircut) he scored 9 goals.

He then had his surgery and got his haircut before the world cup. He never wore the headband again during the world cup and up till 4 games ago, and in that time has done very little. He puts it back on again and in the last 4 games he has scored 3 goals and he is looking more up for the fight and scoring again.

Its in the headband, thats my theory.

Well in today Nando lad...showed some real passion and some lovely silky skills were on display, his two goals were easy for him, but the fact that he was there, and in the right place at the right time means that he's all fired up again and raring to go.

Like I said, his improved performances (and the squad's) just highlights how unsuitable Roy's methods were but sadly media, pundits, former players and other people fail to see a difference. Come on, even Poulsen has had better games now.

Your probably right Shane, i wouldn't be surprised at all. He looks a different player under Kenny.
