I wonder what will become of one of the worlds most iconic football stadiums :(

AC Milan revealed their plans for a brand new 48,000 seater stadium the other day http://www.cityam.com/208682/ac-milan-unveil-plans-arsenal-inspired-240m-stadium and Inter's president Erick Thohir has expressed his desire to see his club move into a stadium of its own.

I've been there some months ago, it's a really really old structure, very outdated for the modern football.

I'd say AC Milan could do with spending the money on players rather than a new stadium, whenever I've watched them this season they've looked so poor; the same goes for Inter too.

      Still a great sight though.

I've been a couple of years back and of all the stadiums I've seen it seemed to have something special about it.

That goes for the whole as far as Italian football is concerned. Austerity and football corruption has really taken it's toll on their fans.

Kind of baffling really as to why they're still able to attract top talent.

This is a stupid question, but why does Serie A allow 12 players on the bench? I can't believe I never noticed this before.

Because it's played at such a high tempo they are allowed more subs ;)

I think it's only been happening for a few seasons now, just to give them more options.

Suso came on around 60th min playing inside right forward/#10 and was probably Milan's best player. Hit the post with a wonderful curling shot. Nice to see him get some minutes, but he looks bigger than usual, still can't make out whether he's put on weight or been lifting :o

Suso playing very well. He's Milan's most dangerous threat so far, really looks good as an inside forward.

Napoli now cut the lead to 5 on second.

With the eternal derby still to be played.

Could also be because of the huge squads they have?

Just finished watching Palermo and I can see what all the fuss is about on Dybala. He seems more of a #9 than a second striker type, would be fantastic for us!!!

As for Gonzalez, I really wish we had gambled on him, the guy reminds me of Hyypia but with pace. I think he's a real gem.
