Anyone watch the Schalke 04 game yesterday? They got beat 5-2 at home but at the end they just stood in front of their fans, had no sound on so couldn't tell if they were getting sh*t yelled at em or whether they do it after every loss.

How F***ing bent is this ref in the Dortmund v schalke match. Penalty for point blank range handball and a straight red for reus for a yellow card offence.

Bayern scores early vs. Frankfurt. Looks like the beer steins will flow in Bavaria tonight.

How many in a row is this?

      Edit: Today would make 7.

Crazy! Dortmund could have bought better imo. But then again, he could bring out the best in Akanji.

Streaming is the wave of the future all my kids tell me. Will be the only way in the States to watch the Charity Shield tomorrow as well.

Sorry to hear this news about Bundesliga on ESPN+ as I've grown to like the German game and tend to choose it for watching behind us (of course) and games between big six teams.

Watched the German SuperCup today and it definitely was NOT a friendly. Entertaining atmosphere and play.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game. The though of so much football going streaming only is not good for an old technophobe like me.

Do they do the national anthem before all league games or is it cos it's the start of the season? Lets see how Herta Grujic goes.

Heard Ralf Rangnick was linked as well. That would be interesting because he's never managed a top club like that. The godfather of modern German football! I remember we were linked with him in 2011 when Hodgson was sacked. Definitely backed the idea then. Very smart guy as Rafael Hognistein's book on Klopp reveals!

Have heard his name before but haven’t seen his name around for a long time. Was he Hoffenheim manager for a while?

Can’t  say I’m too clued up on Bundesliga!

I see it looks like Haaland is signing with Dortmund.  I personally rate several in his age range above him. Having said that, if true that they only had to pay the low release clause,  it could easily be a good investment.

A couple of manc mates I know had all but guaranteed he was signing with them.  Time for me to take a bit of piss 😎
