Just watched MOTD....why does Roy just sit there, head in hands, no encouragement from the sidelines, I could do a better job of motivating the team than him

He gives us everything by doing nothing. I remember when Rafa used to have hand signals like he was directing an orchestra and when something bad happened he would go red. Roy is more like, "that Ian is a nice chap, I think I should have him over for tea"

At least Gerrard's running around like his life depends on it.

Apart from that, it was F***ing sh*te.

      F***ing below Everton too now.

Couldn't believe it when I heard result today (didn't see or hear match). Just saw highlights on MOTD. You'd say 'it can't get much worse', but things just seem to keep getting worse all the time. f***in hell. Blackpool.
We're missing Masch, defense looks very exposed. And going forward, midfield looks like it couldn't break through a paper bag. With Torres injured and Ngog on, how the F**k did he not get that header on target from Kuyts cross. Mother of GOD!!!
Roy looks a worried man. And so he should. He's running through his rule book and his usual formulae aren't workin. The lads still don't seem to have had that fire lit under the arses. I was hoping the last 2 and next 3 games would see us moving on up, but hold the f***in phone, we're going to opposite direction :(
The defense came in for a lot of sh*t on MOTD, but looked to me like there was a shitload of empty space in front of them with Blackpool players runnin into it. Poulsen would move faster in a wheelchair. We need a replacement for Masch who's fit to print. And there ain't one in the squad.
One thing is for sure, if Roy can't get the lads fighting for results, we are going to get rolled over, and easily, again and again. Still early days, but I'm thinking the old kacks are in for some serious staining over the next few months...

I was scratching my head after I voted in the poll.

Lucky not to get sent off with his two cynical last man fouls, constantly out of position.

I can only assume he got it for scoring.

I watched the game today and just watched the MOTD2 highlights.  And the BBC made us look ten times better than we were.  The first half was horrible.  Just watching Poulsen in the build up for their second was shameful.

To be honest towards the end he was our only attacking threat, even Aldo gave him Man Of The Match on Radio City.

Overall I'm pretty ashamed of them right now and if Roy thinks we were too offensive in the first half he really is going F***ing senile.

Even getting desperate for a draw near the end shows how far we are falling at the minute, the actual way we set up on the pitch is a F***ing joke, the passing is appalling and the movement off the ball is non-existent.

Two weeks to the derby and I'm sorry I want him gone now, cos looking at the way we are playing I can't see us getting anything from Goodison and the calls for him to go will get a lot worse.

And for any of the Purslow Poodles on here still trying to slag Rafa for last season in which there have been a few in this thread, it was never this bad last season and just remember we were never in the bottom three under Rafa!!

We are currently where we are on merit cos we've been F***ing sh*te and I'm sorry it isn't good enough, Roy looks out of his depth more and more by each passing game.

I was SCREAMING at the telly. He was jogging back (almost walking) as though we was walking through a park. FFS.

Another pathetic display and another pathetic result, the only reason I can think of for our performances this season is it is a conspiracy by the players to force the hands of Twit and tw*t to sell the club.If that turns out to be the case then I can forgive them,if they are playing sh*te because that is all they are capable of then that can never be forgiven. As regards the Boss,Roy you are heading for the title of the worse boss since Don Welsh and we all know where Don took us. :f_steam:

5am, sat in the Lab at work, hiding away in shame from my coworkers, dreading 9am when the Blackpool fan arrives. I suspect he'll probably come skipping through the door early today.

      Thanks Roy.

The killer pass to the Blackpool player who got the penalty and that set up for the second goal was brilliant. We haven't done that in a million years and probably can't either.

Those two incidents highlight how poor we have been, as a Premier League giant.
