It is though. Liverpool Fc is only worth £4 billion because of the fan base. I'm not sure you know how serious this is, heads have to roll from the very top. I'm very confident it's going to happen now. The fans will never forgive them for this one. For me the fans have spoken and in less than 24 hours the Super league is now in turmoil. I agree Keith, their goose is cooked, their custodianship is untenable, it may take a while  for them to go but they will be made to feel unwelcome at every opportunity, I don’t think they fully  understand the sway the fans have at this club, but they are about to find out,
And all the grovelling  apologies  that they undoubtedly will come out with ain’t gonna cut it, think back to the miners strikes, and the dockers strikes, the battle of Orgreave, Hillsborough families support group  most recently the ticket hike fiasco, and they will find that you don’t pick a fight with Scousers,  You won’t  win, so sooner they F**k off the better for all concerned.

Don't think they've won too much in concessions, if anything. If they had, the'd be withdrawing their super league plan in a co-ordinated way, not having individual clubs bolting for cover and leaving the others holding the baby.

All of them have gone into this with the clueless, out of touch arrogance of rich arseholes who haven't a clue about football culture. They got far more opposition than they expected and some of them are shitting out, with the rest soon to follow.
