so after all this time can anyone actually say why FSG/NESV are here .

      They own the gaff.

Unless they're any other oil funded billionaires interested, then we're stuck with them for the foreseeable.

Those saying that the lack of investment will catch up can now see it in its full glory.

It’s basically the same team plus Nunez that has been playing for over 5 years.

It's like a broken record now, same as the problem with the defensive options two years back. We've tried to solve it on the cheap.

The way it looks now we're waiting on Bellingham, but who knows who may be interested in him and whether we get dragged into a bidding war.

Cancer , devil , what a pathetic bunch of cu*ts supposed supporters are - drop points and reactionary tw*ts come piling in - you were all mute pricks when we win trophies. That’s the issue with modern social media fans these days - overreacting childish pricks.

No point crying. With the season we're having, our inactivity addressing the actual problem everyone could see in midfield has now come back to bite us on the arse and it's our own fault. That's the owners, Ward and Klopp.

Imo going in with two in the centre of the park today wasn’t the best move - Henderson and Thiago were just overrun , should have been three in the middle

It also doesn’t help when 4 of the best players are way off form - TAA , VVD , Fabinho and Salah

FFP not being enforced has absolutely killed us really. We've got three massive spenders in the league now and even Arsenal and Spurs have thrown a lot of money around in recent years to climb back up. We've just not been able to compete with them financially because of our model and we are now seeing the consequences on the pitch. No massive sellable assets either to fund a recovery.

The pressure will build on these in the coming months if the results don't improve as the supporters will choose Jürgen over them.

Tactics and subs are all over the place at the minute. The constant changing of systems probably isn't helping.

Not having a plan b after that lad from Monaco chose Madrid seemed to be a bit of an own goal too.

All areas that are not the responsibility of the Owners - it’s lazy just to point fingers at them and put it down to a lack of spending

The midfield problem is literally down to a lack of spending.

      Relying on F***ing Arthur?

We spent just £100mil in the summer

Why would he come to a club who if we are lucky will be playing in the Europa league.

Bellingham would prefer Madrid etc etc noises have already started mate, he won’t be coming to LFC.

If you are suggesting supporters voicing their disapproval and angst is childish then I suggest you are wrong. I don't remember fans being mute when we were brushing teams aside as it's human nature to sing the praises of the team when they perform to a high level, as it is to call them out when they don't. I don't mean they have to win every game, but they do have to compete at a high level. I've said it before the reaction is just a cry of pain. This game is gone and all we can do is hope for a change of fortune next time out.

Exactly, but everyone still dreaming he's gonna pick us.

The fact we had no one else lined up other than that lad from Monaco, who chose Madrid is a bit damning.

You must have built in alarm system when this thread start up.  :lmao:

On a serious note though you can’t defend the midfield on just todays performance, couple of them should be playing with walking sticks now.  Like it or not it is down to your mates not spending enough. From a corporate perspective!!! They balance their books exceptionally well.
