I have 100% faith that the club runs as a business and will make profits in years to come, unlike some clubs who make net losses every year.

But itā€™s those clubs that make losses which have big salary expenses and player depreciation due to the most expensive wages and transfer fees in the market that win trophies.

Very rarely do you pay peanuts and reap top honours and trophies. Even we canā€™t do that every year.

So as a live entertainment business, more seats, more match tickets sold, higher ticket prices, more hospitality suites and corporate sponsorships, thereā€™s not doubt in the business model. The faith in them is 100%.

But their focus is not getting the points and results. Their goal is to spend as little as possible on their staff costs including transfers to maximise profit. That, the faith is not even thereā€¦

They havenā€™t really had too many seasons where itā€™s been a profit

Also the wage bill is one of the highest in the league

We may not pay the big fees for players every year but we arenā€™t cheap

      Oh thatā€™s even worseā€¦

      1) We seldom make a profit, and
      2) We have a high wage bill, and
      3) We are not capturing points or trophies

Where are we headed? Assuming your points 1 and 2 are correct yeah?

What ā€œdubiousā€ practices are you talking about ?

Or are you going to just post a load of waffle again

Financial priorities before what LFC is primarily about, even with the best manager in the world a top 4 place could be doubtful this season.

You wax lyrical about past achievements but in the cold light of day LFC cannot compete in the long term with our rivals.

Personal comment is all you've got in an attempt to provoke.

Where is the ā€œdubiousā€ practise ?

We've been hearing stuey's "dubious practice" and "milking the asset" argument for years now, so nothing changed ;D

      Another nobhead!

Show me any reference by me about FSG "milking the asset".

The "substance" is our present status in the Prem, even under the best manager in the world .
You of course would blame Klopp when the dubious decisions of the owners is more to blame.

The manager has requested a solution to the midfield quandary that is costing us dearly, FSG have not responded!
There has been some talk about FSG putting part of LFC up for sale, this is no doubt an effort to attract some capital to buy a quality midfielder.
As F***ing dubious as you like.

      Sorry but Iā€™m confused ?

      1. When did Klopp tell you what he asked FSG and when did they tell you what they said ?

      2. The club spent Ā£140mil this season - it wasnā€™t the owners choice on who that was spent on

      3. And looking to bring in investment?

Since when has any of that been ā€œdubiousā€ ?

Listen nobhead you are bound to take that attitude when you will defend FSG with the last breath in your body while the majority here would describe their qualities as a lot worse than 'dubious', just suck it up will ya.

You accused the owners of dubious actions and yet failed to provide anything to prove that

Now if you had mention their poor actions in regards the Super League or the Trademark then you might have a point

But crying about transfer spending because the owners do the shocking thing of not spending their own money is not ā€œdubiousā€ by any stretch.

Once again you just post utter drivel

Hey I just like Belgium waffles with marg or butter (them type of waffles), but I want to try that whole sweet waffle with chicken or bacon or both thing.
I like my club when doing well to pump in that to further make us stronger and stronger, very strong in other words so yeah.
Top manager here still loads of excuses and reasons why we haven't used all the past power through winning to further keep the ball rolling, not having a go at you obviously.
I'm very grateful for the recent success but never in any dounbt it could have been so much more even before Jurgie started winning cups after getting to finals, the league is the ultimate and how great we've done, these owners though, they do my head in, I feel they are ungrateful, not me.
