It will be interesting to compare the two as both have potential to do it in our league from what I’ve seen, just gutted he’s gone to City as really like the lad.

They were always going to need a replacement for Alvarez

Saw wirtz a couple of times last season for Alonso's team and he's the one that impressed me.

But don't watch German footy enough. See how he does in our league first.

Yep Wirtz would be some player in our MF.

What do you make of Gods theory on the contracts situation?

Basically, and as he said, with no inside info, he thinks 2 of the 3 have signed new deals but have not announced it so it doesnt pressurise the 3rd one

I think it prob has some sort of merit

It’s seemed to have been the belief that VVD and Mo would be the ones to get signed first as they are both clear about wanting to stay

So it’s very possible there is some legs to rhe theory

Not really - it has a number of hot spots - Asia , England , Aus being the main ones

Very little in North or South America and Europe outside England

Not much currency in it then…

Being that your the oracle on FSG..

Looking at their ages & not being around for many more years, what do they plan to do with their sports assets..? Pass them
Down to the kids or cash in or maybe surprise us all and leave them to a trust to make sure the running of the club continues ..?

      Oracle ?

I’m guessing as they have offered very little interest in cricket that they wouldn’t be interested in owning a cricket team even more so when there is only value in IPL teams

And I would guess they would either sell the clubs or pass them on to their children or sell FSG as a whole to someone
