I really think that liverpool needed experienced players of international ccalibre this summer. The strikers fit the bill. Ryan babel is a great addition. but Youssi is not the level of player lfc should be looking at! Someone like simao, malouda,riberi is where we should be heading.
We also lack an experienced central defender. Hyppia is no longer apt for the job and Agger does have his bad times against great player. Maybe someone like milito would have been suitable!
All this said, I think we did well enough last season having better strikers and wingers this season fill surely see the LFC version of valencia benitez wanted to create.
Here comes the 19th triumph and it will be the sweetest. Yes even than than the Old Big Ears!
