He has flopped because he has barely played

how is he worth £7 million when Spurs bought him for £2 million and now they are trying to off load him

A few things here: Spurs got him on the cheap. Pacheco has barely played for us; has he flopped or has he not got a chance? How much, going on that 'flop' logic, is Babel worth?

Having said that; i'd much prefer Arda, for e.g. - however, if we're talking adding strength in depth; what's wrong with signing the two of them? 

Doubt he'd be expensive, and would be a great player to add to our squad. Will he play week in, week out though? He won't get ahaeas of Dirk, Stevie or Joe, unless Stevie drops back and Raul/Lucas get dropped.

Great player ! would make a great sqaud player very vestatile player !

Sorry, but we where in for him before he moved to Spurs and to get him now for £7 million would be plain insanity and I personally don't fancy us feathering Harry's pension fund!

he is a very good player, people calling him a flop dont watch enough football.

Whatever you think about Kranjcar as a player, if he wants to move here to play week in week out I think he is misguided.

We should be in a situation where noone is guarnteed football due to competition. A player like Krancjar would be guarnteed football at a club lower down the table.

Would love to let cole go and bring in niko. Such a quality player who deserves to play every week and I believe would be great at LFC. Spurs must be looking to offload players and niko I reckon would be fantastic for us.

ah he is a handy player really though, not a spurs reject, more of can't get into the team cos of Bale + Lennon. would be ok on the cheap.

Liverpool could make a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Niko Kranjcar if their pursuit of Charlie Adam proves fruitless.


According to The Daily Mirror, Werder Bremen are interested in the Croatian, but the player himself wants to continue plying his trade in the Premier League.

It is thought that he would like to play for the Reds, who are currently interested in Blackpool midfielder Adam.

However, it has been reported that the situation could very well change if they are unable to land the Seasiders' skipper, with Spurs outcast Kranjcar lined up as a backup option.

Blackpool have slapped a £12m price-tag on Adam.

Can do just as good a job in the centre as Modric when working with the right coach and with the right players around him.

Take Modric out of that Spurs side and they will be barely sitting in the top half of the table.

Niko can be just as effective, F**k I would rather take him over Adam any day play him behind Torres with Meireles and Gerrard behind.

Plays a lot more advanced and up the field then your traditional defensive mid.

Would have him over Raul behind Torres because he is more technically gifted and is more prone to beating his man then Raul.

Great depth player who could do a job filling in or coming off the bench. Really wish we had grabbed him at 3m or whatever price Spurs nabbed him for. Wheelin' and dealin' cu*ts, i mean VDV and Kranjcar for 11ish million?! F***ing jammy bas**rds.

Sick of hearing about this fu**in 'hole'. Can't we just have 2 strikers who can score goals and decent width to provide service? Or am I being old fashioned?
