From what I have heard Whelan has basically said, 10m and he's yours to whoever wants him.

Personally I still have reservations, so I hope one of the clubs interested isn't us.

there is no doubt the boy has talent.. its just his attitude that is a worry, what would he be like if he wasnt playing week in week out? he has caused trouble before and i wouldnt want him rocking the boat

could he solve the LB problem or would he be wasted there?

He's not a first choice left back...he can play there but its not his strongest position. He is far better as a winger because he can dribble, score, cross and hurt defences.

obviously a replacement for stewart downing, their stats are very close, i'm not sure about assists but i think n'zogbia had a couple more goals last season

i'm not one to doubt a player as soon as he signs, i think downing could be exactly what we need to create chances from the wings and i'm all for the english player initiative but did we miss a trick with n'zogbia?

There's always room for improvement in my opinion. N'Zogbia would improve our attacking strenght considerably and his attitude problem would be dealt with by Kenny's brilliant man-management.

we're already saying that about some quality midfielders, can we really afford another?

we'll already have some great players not even making the bench

that's what i think kenny's going for, a strong bench, we'll have the strongest in the premiership

anyone can change wikipedia though, you could go on there and put he plays in net..  he very rarely plays left back and he would get caught out there imo

i know mate, i was just saying because i honestly cant ever recall him playing there, i would honestly have taken downing over him.. i just think he will be more consistant over the season than him.. n'zogbia may be great one week but could be off for a few too.. downing you know what you get

yeah but some of the best signings are risks

although equally and possibly more often, they're disastorous

oh well, at least we wont have to worry about his temper tantrums and refusing to play the first time someone gets his name wrong
