I reckon obviously Suarez being younger and perhaps slightly more respected on the world stage would be the better option...but if we don't get him..I'd be perfectly happy with Bent...but I wouldn't be mad keen on spending over £15 million. We need to sign one or the other!

Bent is massively over rated, £20 million for him is a complete piss take, his link up play unlike Suarez is awful something we should be thinking about when buying a partner for Torres.

 Neither Bent or Torres can play as a second striker so I think it would be a complete waste.

It is massive and laughable to be honest and you don't just buy lads you have to see how a lad will fit into a team.

It is insane transfers like that that ruin the transfer market for everyone, if Bent is worth £24 million Ajax are justified looking for £30 million for Suarez who is a much more complete player
