I hate digging out female pundits as many of them get unwarranted criticism just for being female. But Izzy Christiansen on Sky Sports was absolutely dire today. Completely failing in any objective analysis or fair analysis towards Liverpool. Shocking stuff

So someone I watched behind the desk after the West Ham match that surprised me was Joe Hart. He was actually very reasoned and sounded intelligent. Very effusive in praise for Trent, Mo and Virgil and how they are handling the contract situation.  I could see him doing well in the pundit role.

It's a big learning curve for most ex-players to transition into live broadcasting...sitting there listening to a host with one ear whilst at the same time a producer is in your other ear telling you you've got to say something(interesting) in no more, or less than X seconds. It's harder than many think.

I’ve said it before but Gary Neville’s hatred for us is unhealthy.

Even with a nine point lead at the halfway stage of the season, he can’t bring himself to say we’ll win the League. He still “thinks” (he doesn’t really believe it but like I said he can’t bring himself to say it’ll be us winning) that it’s gonna be Arsenal who’ll end up as champions.

Honestly, he should seek help for his hatred of us.

Nothing wrong with having a different opinion than always putting down to hatred of a given club.

It’s going against the grain, to say the least, to suggests that Arsenal will overturn a 9-point deficit. It could happen yes but is it likely? There’s no logic or evidence to say that, based on performances this season, Liverpool will lose 3 more games than Arsenal in the remaining half of the season.

He got asked what would cause a drop-off and he said an injury to Van Dijk. Bit of a stretch punting on a season ending injury to one of our best players. Again no logic to it, it could happens yes but is it any more likely than an injury to Saliba or Gabriel? And would it really cause the wheels to fall off? I don’t think so but that’s another question.

Clearly going with his heart rather than his head. Not a huge issue of course, he is a manc after all but would be nice to see a bit of impartiality rather than him clearly being more concerned about losing face and saying Liverpool will win the league when he had said at the start of the season they would be 5th.

Like I’ve said highly unlikely ConsZ just as you say. Gary’s been very complementary many times this year and on one occasion thought he was turning rank such was the plaudits he was giving you lot. However, many choose to ignore them as it suits their narrative of being manc haters no matter what they say.

Don't really pay attention to what he says about LFC but thought the analysis he gave about you lot last night was pretty good. There's no sugar coating the absolute shitstorm that's engulfed OT. Maybe he could be the next manager?

Everyone hates you lot, you know that we know that, some hate more than others, however Ratboy just can’t admit that Liverpool are superior to Mancs, always have been, apart from your days in the Sun, ‘86 - ‘13’, and now it’s evident that whilst Mancs exist in a mediocre state, we will sail into the future collecting more titles, more trophies & possible CL’s on the way,

Maybe Ratboy recognises that and can’t bear the thought of it, he recognises that Liverpool FC are in fact a far superior club with a much brighter future, I would think it would take years for your lot to get back to anywhere near top 4, and after last nights post match interview with Amorim, not sure you seen it, but I’d be very very concerned if I was a Manc,

Thing is mate he doesn’t believe it, you can tell by his tone he doesn’t and his nervous giggles.

Like most of their dickhead fan base, he is more worried about us being successful than he is United failing.

Truthfully I don’t give a F**k who wins the League in the years we don’t. I’m a Liverpool fan first last and always. Only thing I care about is us. I know I don’t speak for all Liverpool fans because we’ve our fair share of dickheads who concentrate more on United (or City) than they do us.

But I can imagine Neville crying himself to sleep every night that we’re top of the League.
