On Poulsen he played ok last game and I think was always going to start with Lucas injured. Need another solid game from him tonight.

Yeah would love to see Shelvey getting a start. Either way it deffo appears that Kenny prefers a true DM (much like Mikel when Clarke was at Chelski...).

Poulsen had a good game at Wolves, if he builds on it tonight and plays well again then fair play to the lad! Needs his confidence builded, so i hope the crowd urge him on! As for Konchesky, he hasn't been in a single Kenny team, surely on his way out!

Really want to see Pacheco play 30-45 minutes here, although I'd ideally like to see him start ahead of Kuyt.

I think that's a brilliant shout from the lad who said Lucas was out and Poulsen would retain his place. It doesn't take a genius no, but nobody else called it.

Funny how he plays better though under Kenny eh? I think most the players deserve a bit of a clean slate as it's a new management team.

 I thought Poulsen was one of our best players in the first half against Wolves so I'm glad he's in again. He has been a really top midfielder in his day so there's no doubting his talent, it's just whether or not he can still cut it. Since I was behind his signing in the first place (no really I was, and there's no point denying it now despite what it looking like not being the best call ) I'm kind of hoping he'll suddenly get the hang of things. Bit of a long shot, but whatever happens I don't like to see any of our staff treated the way he and one or two others have been.

 Here's hoping he has another good game.

tbf I don't think that was a silly call. He's played at the top level for a long time. And he's only 30 so should have several good years left. He's been slightly off the pace, but hopefully he should be able to pick up. I really hope he comes good too.
