Haha pathetic. Messi saying "Brazil controls Conmebol". I wish. Anyone who watches the Libertadores knows it's so far from the truth. Argentinian clubs are favoured with odd decisions all along. That Boca vs River final, for instance, should never have happened if it wasn't with a big push from Conmebol. They're just sad, sore losers. 26 years and counting!

Well if Messi isn’t retiring he’s making excuses. Wonderful player but such a sore loser, needs to learn to be gracious in defeat.

Crying about his sending off on a 3rd place playoff as if it was all a Brazilian conspiracy is hilarious though. In case he hasn't noticed, he had already been knocked out of the competition.

Guess he's found the answer why Argentina haven't won sh*t since 1993. Surely it can't be because theirs is one of the most incompetent and corrupt national associations in the world and they change managers every 6 months...

Grondona, texeira. Argentina and brazil have both had corrupt leaders in football and any success is in spite of anything off the pitch. Ultimately this argentine team is just isn't very good. Yes VAR may have looked at a possible penalty before bobby's goal but even at their best they struggled

Messi refusing to collect his medal because of corruption but would have no problems collecting medals in the Champions League. Has there ever been a year they haven’t cheated their way through a round?

First Copa America game I'm watching this year. Losing to Peru would be unacceptable. Winning Copa América would be just... meh. So not overly excited :D

True but honestly I only really care about the World Cup!

Copa Americas are fun to beat Argentina. So when we won it twice using our B side against their best players (Tevez, Messi, and co) it was a lot of fun. Also when we destroyed them in the Confederations Cup final, it was great. But not for the competition itself, this year I haven't been really interested

This one is my favourite Copa America game ever:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCCrIn4-BTk

That Adriano goal near the end was priceless!

This was our B team at the time: Julio Cesar; Maicon, Luisão, Juan, Gustavo Nery; Renato, Kleberson, Edu, Alex; Luis Fabiano, Adriano.

Argentina were playing their best team.

If there’s one player who without doubt failed to achieve their potential, it’s Adriano. Shame his career went the way it did.

That's true but that worked out for the best for my team Flamengo in the end. He came back to us in 2009 and led us to the league title as the top scorer. Absolute legend!
