This is a big match equivalent to, if not more important than, the Play-off Final. Honestly, I hope he lets the guys play. I really hate refs who take control of the game, regardless of whether or not LFC is involved. As long as he's consistent, I'll be happy with him.

You couldn't make it up, they actually believe they deserve to be on a par with us and the mancs. Us and them are the only 2 massive clubs in this country, the same as in Spain it's Madrid an Barca, the two milans in Italy etc etc.

They won't ever be the size of this club, in terms of fanbase, silverware or class, because they have been built completely in an owners fantasy.

Personally, its does,nt matter to me who we are playing, what matters is 3 points which would move us up to 6th place and within 6 points of Spurs and Chelsea. We should regard this as just another important game and play well whatever team the plastics put out. I,m thinking a 2-1 win and that would defo start us going on a run.

Chelsea were never, are not and will never be a big club.

They have crappy plastic fans and only won a few trophies in the last 7 years because of an owner who seems to be losing interest in his toy. They don't have the fanbase all big clubs have - ourselves, Man United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and more. Just by spending money and trying to start rivalry with us and Mancs, they think they're Europe's elite.

They've got no class or standard and that is proven by the fact that they are always trying to buy from clubs bigger than them.

And I haven't even mention 18-5 to 4-0.

It is a very good point. Not much was or is made of this. It would be interesting to see somebody investigate all of his past dealings.

He certainly bought up billions of pounds worth of state owned oil and gas industry at a pittance from his friends at the top in the kremlin. Nobody makes that kind of money without lots of illegal activity and ethics thrown out the window!

I was thinking that earlier. Really depends what way Chelsea set out. I think Chelsea will set out with 3 strikers, so some form of 4-3-3 for them.

If they play that we should play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 I think. But if we do play 3-5-2 the team below would be nice.
