What did you do/are you doing? - Valentine's Day 2011

Just thought I'd start it  

21 years of not celebrating it myself, so, I'd like to know what some of yous on here will be doing or did so I can add it in my 'Playbook' for future use.

Also, gonna try and order some flowers, though might be tricky being not many i know of deliver outside of town. Will do my best though, but at the end of the day just spending time together and making sure she knows i love her (which i do everyday anyways) is what the main thing is.

It has all gone a bit over board and way too commercial but I bought into it as this is my first Valentine day with the current missus. So I ordered some flowers and chocolates to her work and got her a Liverpool top too will see her for a little bit after work but not doing the whole dinner thing.

Monday is back time at the gym wouldn't miss it for the world.

I've never celebrated this day, and I never will. It's just too commercialized, and I don't like it when somebody does something nice just because it's the day for it. I would rather be surprised any other day, and appreciate the attention and affection more.

Now, me being an Orthodox Christian, in my country today we have this other hollyday called st. Trifun who is kinda the saint of vine and vineyards and as you are already guessing we drink a lot, but I mean a lot of vine and normally anything that has alcohol in it 

So anybody fancy joining me in the celebration

I got two Valentines Cards this year.

I got 2 cards. One from the girl I'm dating, the other I'm not sure about. I don't really like the idea of being expected to do something or give someone something on that day. No fun in that, so I took her out for a surprise dinner the day before Valentine's instead.
