Thanks everyone,proud to win it,special thanks to JD for running the league and putting up with us moaning,in the nicest way.
Still stick by giving the prize to charity UNLESS its 6.5 Million Pounds.

The prize for the prediction league was a Sony PSP with a copy of FIFA 08.

Tallfc, this season's victor, has asked for the value of this prize to be donated to the forum charity ahead of next week's night out.

On his behalf, a further £150 will be donated to Zoe's Place Children's Hospice in Liverpool which will take our donations to the charity past the £1000 mark.

Not sure on that one Frizz, have you made sure you got your CAPS lock off/on ??  Send a PM to JD, see if he can sort it out for you.  If your worried about your predictions for tonight, include them in your PM to JD and I'm sure he'll sort it out for you.  He's done that kind of thing before when there's been problems in the past.

Just to confirm we will be adopting the improved scoring system that was in place during Euro 2008 which was.

1 point for correct home score
1 point for correct away score
2 points for correct overall result
1 point for correct score

Let's take the Liverpool 4-0 Rangers game.

A 4-0 prediction would have got you FIVE points.
Any reds win guessing either we would get 4 or Rangers would get 0 would land you THREE points.
Any reds win without getting either scoreline correct would get you TWO points.
An incorrect result but guessing one of the teams scores would get you ONE point

and

if you had predicted 2-1 to Rangers you would, quite rightly, have zero points.

Everybody happy with that points system?
