Had a dream a couple weeks back and still remember it. It seemed so real.

I moved to London and started hanging out with the guy I met when I interned in London in 2009. My friend was graduating college in Ohio and I was flying home to watch the Graduation ceremony and he decided to come back with me. Since we were close to my home I said I wanted to go to my hometown and see my family and he came home with me. After it all he asked me to be his girlfriend.

I had a dream last night that I had a stomach ache so I sliced my own body in to two just below my belly button.  I had a bit of fun for a while throwing my legs around the room.

Anyway, I decided to reposition both halves of my body back in place and strangely I was still able to drive to the Royal.

Then I woke up.  Hope they sorted me out!

Not so much a dream, but I do occasionally exhibit some strange behaviour when asleep.  Last night was one of those nights.  I awoke this morning to the results of my nocturnal shenanigans. Three of my four pillow cases and my duvet cover were tied in knots.  Don't know why, had a very good nights sleep as well.  Busted the buttons on my duvet though, not for the first time, so glad I learned to sew.

Craziness.  I'd well have a night vision camera set up if I did that kind of crazy stuff.

Had a strange dream last night. I was watching a 70 year old man and a 60 year old woman have sex on the floor in a huge jewlery store. Both of them we wearing bras. And I had thermal vision. I don't know why, but I knew how old they were.

Anyone tried to master the lucid dreaming thing? I was interested in it a few years back, but only ever managed to fully control one. I can still fairly easily realise I'm dreaming and become lucid, but can't control it. More often than not, i'll realise i'm dreaming, become lucid and then begin to wake up. It's so frustrating.

A few interesting ways to practice it by the way:

Try to turn the lights on/off - you can't change lighting in a dream
Try to read a clock - you can't read numbers in a dream
Pinch yourself - you can't feel pain in a dream
Read a book - you can't focus on more than 1-2 words in a dream
