Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

I read somewhere that your level goes back down if you quit the game halfway through or something, not too sure mind.

Does anyone notice that under your emblem on your callsign, it shows your levels from Modern Warfare, World at War, Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops?

I've only got two Didn't play MW and WaW online on PS3.

Well again today I have put in a few hours an have started feeling the benefit. Tell you what though. Had to change aim and shoot back to L1/R1 as the amount of times I'd die because of my finger slipping off the trigger.

I'm loving the type 95 (lvl24) with red dot and rapid fire.

Scavenger Pro, Assassin Pro and Stalker.

Got my K/D up to 0.83 which for me is decent as last week it was 0.66.

Just at level 46 now.

I am loving most of these maps to be honest. Only one which annoys me is Dome as its just ump45 whores.

Seatown .. my least favourite map for now because I was miserable in one game there.

I've never seen that Dome map.

Absolutely loving this game, iv been playing Hardcore Kill Confirmed a lot the past few days and im really enjoying it.I have to say the map Carbon is shocking , everyone just sit's in a corner.

The Spec Ops Missions in this game looks harder than in MW2.

Only got 12 stars (4 missions of 3 stars) so far

He has it at like 1.7 and I got it down to 1.4

Dint like the Multiplayer. The Maps are way too Short. All the Maps Seems Like Nuketown. Guns are overpowered. No Recoil. It's just a kids Play Compared to BF3 .

I Prefer Treyarch over Infinity Ward.

This. I don't know how you guys are struggling with KD ratios!
My first game I scored something like 32 kills 7 deaths, had a few more games around the same, got bored now back to playing BF3

One thing I did notice while playing is that your character feels heavier... or I was just imagining things

Weird, I got the No Assistance trophy :/

Just went 29 Kills no Deaths on arcade map on Domination and got the survivalist challenge done.

Mint little place, where Flag B is, theres a shop or something, you stand in there behind the till/counter, you can see flag b and flag a, but your pretty well hidden, so you can just shoot who ever goes for flag a or b.

Done 8 of the 16 Spec Ops missions on my own. Got 24 stars now

Up to the second tier first mission of Survival as well.

Only playing these so I can go back home and only play multiplayer for a month.

Finally got round to finishing the single player last night.

It was alright. Played better single player games on other COD's.

Right - now on to the senseless violence of multiplayer!

Was it bearable? I think World at War and Black Ops are one of the most difficult ones I have ever played.

Its Easily Do-able mate. Took Me Around 6 hours to Clear out the Campaign on Difficult.

I started on Veteran but did reduce it when I got stuck on top of a roof somewhere.

I'd like to say I'll go back and complete it on veteran, but once you've finished it - it's hard to get the motivation.  Especially when multiplayer is calling.

What's the Special Ops all about? Any good?

They've got Survival mode and Mission mode for Spec Ops this time. Survival is practically like Zombie mode where you try to survive waves and waves of enemies on 16 of the multiplayer maps with four different difficulties comprising of four levels each. Just that basic buy upgrades to survive stuff with each wave getting more difficult?

Mission mode is the same one like in MW2 with 16 missions. Playing it on regular is relatively easy but finishing all on veteran gives you 3 stars for a total of 48.

They are actually quite fun. See how far you can go in survival mode (Spec Ops Survival) alone and whether you have the skill to complete the missions (Spec Ops Mission) with 3 stars!

Survival mode is so fun, just got my record score and some how got to wave 32 on dome before dying.

I am pretty poor on multiplayer though, last game i got 4 kills and 18 deaths

I'm not sure but it depends on your style.

I'd probably go for a silenced assault rifle with blind eye at the moment? (Not sure when they are unlocked but I'm guessing you only unlock Dead Silence and Assassin later on)

I play ground war, more players = more kills.
