A kiddie pool is deeper than squad.

Atkinson made an already difficult situation tougher, and I honestly believe as bad as we played and as bad as Soto was, if we had gotten some more calls our way in the beginning of the game we would have done better. The team got very frustrated and it showed by our impatient hoofing of the ball.

Our midfield needs a revamp, Spearing is not good enough while Lucas is a squad player at best. The defence we finished with fills me with the dread and wouldn't have been out of place with the Crazy gang.

I sometimes think people don't realise how important the centre of midfield is. It ditates your whole tempo and the pairing of Spearing and Lucas is as poor a pairing as I have seen in there in all my time following Liverpool

Gave motm to Skrtel.

A) Thought he was solid.
B) It's too depressing to give it to Reina AGAIN.

Reina, Skrtel and Suarez had a decent match.
The midfield was total sh*t today.
The "emergency" defence was beyond sh*t
No point in having great forwards if you cant feed them a proper service.

Having said that, the ref took some decissions that affected the match outcome, and the injuries affected the defensive performance. As much as an excuse for the result that might be, its no excuse for the lousy match.

When Skrtel and Reina are the best 2 players for us, you know we're playing sh*t.

Thats what we had needed them to do.

Wouldn't buy a lad after playing well against our defence, any ordinary striker would cause them problems

Not knee jerk after the season we have had to think quiet a very players squad and starting are not good enough for the club, i'd gut the squad in the summer

look the season was fu**ed up back in Sept.All we need now is a few good wins at home and get this awful year out of our system.Never in our history have 3 had 3 managers in just over a year and new owners.
As long as we do well at home against City and Spurs and away to Arsenal we can hold our heads up.
By the way we are always sh*te after international games.Roll on May.

time and time again we look like we are on our way back and are in good form and we come up against a side we had no trouble beating 3-4 years ago, in fact one season we sent them into the Championship with a crushing defeat yet today we have an opportunity to gain 2 points on 5th place with Spurs drawing and we play like that. I am disgusted and ask myself why we try and play so well against teams like Manchester United and Chelsea when we perform like that against West Bromich Albion. 

played well in the first few minutes.Injury's killed us today we lost our shape and our heads in the second half.   .Needed Gerrard in the midfield,F**k all creativity and lack of passion.
