Stop hyping him everyone, his price may Double-C. Not a player I'd want to Double-DDown on, though may be useful in Cups.

I'm concerned about the level of support he has over there. Bring him over here take that support away and it may very well be all down hill.

Will we all be there to support this lad during a tight title run in on a cold night at the Brittannia when things start to get hard? Especially if his form begins to sag badly and things start looking really hairy? NO! We'll all label him another foreign tit come over here to milk this historic club for all it's worth. As I've already said I like to take some time to take a much closer look at this lad and get a good feel for him but I have a feeling we'll paid over the odds and Brest will just rub it in our faces.

Until proven otherwise it's a resounding no from me!

      Quote from Lofti Rider

people says he is like traitor but according to this video Nolan can pass the ball ,and he was working hard all over the pitch..

Seems to be the reverse of what we're looking for.

No not Hans Jorg Butt hes absolutely filthy! Heard he runs like the wind when he gets going though. Id much prefer to see Fanni, alongside a nice tidy little Brazilian, then we really can slap some balls up to the big pair up front.

As an after thought I really do think we are getting to the core of some tactical issues with the team here :)

Think Rod is not playing in his best position tbh. Much rather have him sliding up and down the pitch in between the front two. or even in the hole.

It's so JD can point out how many posts we've babbled on for without having a solid link to a given player.

      Schalke admit Roux interest
Bundesliga club have French youngster on their radar

      By Thomas Zocher
      Last Updated: July 4, 2011 11:38am

Schalke manager Ralf Rangnick has not ruled out a swoop for young Brest striker Nolan Roux this summer.

The 23-year-old is contracted at the Ligue 1 club until June 2013, but has been linked with a move to the Veltins-Arena.

Roux, who scored six goals in 29 appearances for Brest last season, is thought to have a £7.2million price tag on his head.

But Rangnick has revealed Schalke could move for the France Under-21 international if their budget allows.

He told the Rheinische Post: "I've been aware of this player for two years now, and I have already looked at him for some time.

"This is a good player and he is interesting to watch.

"The transfer is tied to several circumstances and definitely the budget. The transfer will only go through if everything is fine and agreed."
