Well Rumours are he wants out and a swap deal for Cole is on the cards.

Snap their hands off if that's the case.  Don't buy Lennon, but trade him for Cole by all means!!

One was LFCTransferspec, other was the guy who called the Suarez deal, both said we had met with Lennon's agent, and the guy who called Suarez is saying we've met twice in March/April. But guy who apprently know's Lennon saying Aarron said it's 'just rumours' that he's joining us, we'll see.

He's got blistering pace, but I'm afraid that's just about all he's got. I believe he's valued at 15mil, which I think is way too much.

Young's miles ahead of him, and even Nzogbia looks better on the ball than him.

Straight swap I'd say yes, but Arry won't bite, so I'd pass on that idea.

The way he runs should be reason enough alone for us not to sign him :D

I see him as a bit of a Ryan Babel tbh, seems promising and has potential but all ends in frustration.

But maybe if we do bring him here Kenny and Steve will make him a better player.

And, I agree with the earlier comment that he would be a better option of the bench than Cole is.

He's as much one dimensional as everyone knows what he's going to do. But again he's pace and always finds a way and a place to cross the ball. He can be a very good servant for Carroll. Depending on the fee, I'd accept him.

Would I prefer him to Cole - yes...

However he is limited and if were after anyone from Spurs there is a big list ahead of him. If they fail for Europe then I can see some moving on - but I think Lennon would stay. Not a big fan, but if we get him then i'll as always support.

He just seems to be all pace and no end product, gets past people with his pace then gets all confused and doesnt know what to do with the ball, would much rather have young/downing/johnson please.

I'd take him. He will be far more effective than Cole.

He does have blistering pace, and even though his end product is not always great, he could improve under Kenny.

Over the last couple of seasons, I've seen him run riot down the flank and was terrorising defenders. I'd love to see us cause mayhem on both flanks next season. Suarez is doing it brilliantly and would love to have some other pacy options.

I've got a feeling this is going to happen. Comolli will push for this I believe.

An anorexic having a dump has more of an end product than Lennon.

He has pace but lacks everything else. His ball control is O.K. at best. He is one footed as well. I don't rate Aaron and I think we'd be better chasing after another winger. I've seen that Liverpool are thinking of doing this as well from other sites. They say Cole could be part of the deal, however I rate Cole over Lennon.

I always been a big fan of Lennon, he does have some issue with the final ball but the treat of his pace and skill on the ball would offer something different than what we have now in slower players in the wide position.

He only has one foot. If he ever has to switch, we get screwed. Not worth it.

Last night against City was highlighted every reason why we shouldn't buy him, Spurs spent most of the game going through Lennon, who displayed the lack of ability to beat his man consistently and he had no end product when did.

i know this isn't the kind of thing that Comolli will be interested in when looking at a player, but i've despised Lennon since a friend of mine's brother who's a big Spurs fan tried to ask him for his autograph but due to having a bad stutter couldn't get his words out - Lennon just 'tutted' sneeringly and walked off. Poor show in my opinion. And he has that ridiculous shaved eyebrow...

      ...and he can't cross
