Those MOTD highlights were pathetic. Showed one chance other than the goals and we got 1 sentence afterwards. F**k that.

      Delighted with the result though.

Was just about to post about that. Ridiculous.

Did get the impression that the lads played really well and also the atmosphere seemed pretty good as well.

Saddens me that Suarez didn't score today, was the reason we got our second goal and created the third goal, was constantly a menace and came close a couple of times. And then it annoys me that Cole gets subbed in and scores a major GK drop...

watched it on irish tv. B'mingham out played. Luis seemed to control the flank, with Raul doing well across the middle. On the whole a great performance. If only Kenny was here for the whole of this season. ah well.........next year 8)

Only thing missing was a Suarez goal.  Nicely done by everybody on the pitch. Really liking the way our Academy player are fitting in nicely.  Love seeing young Flanagan sprinting up the right flank. I'll be smiling all weekend. well done lads!!!!!

Yeah, such a pity that Suarez didn't score.

Actually, he should have more goals to his name by now because he's been playing amazingly well. But at least he's the one creating them if he's not scoring.

Made up for Diego, now that's what I call a real Anfield experience.  ;D

When Joe Cole stuck the 5th in, I started singing WE WANT SIX!!!!  :D

Fantastic effort from all the lads today and to our very own King Kenny.

The team played with such passion, even when those pricks made us kick to the KOP end in the first half.

Loved the way we belted 5 past them but not only that, when we didn't have the ball, we chased, closed them down and harrassed them every second until the final whistle.

Well in Redmen, 4 games to go, let's smash everyone in our paths.  ;D

Well today had everything...goals galore, fantastic atmosphere, new Lucas song  great weather.

Meeting Diego and Alan Kennedy   ;D

Fab display by the lads, can't wait to see the game again, it was worth sitting in a horrendous traffic jam to see that game today.

More of the same for next season please Kenny and the gang  :D

You forgot to mention your gab with Dave Kirby as well.  ;)

Boss day all round. Having a gab with Barney Rubble after the game was a bit random though. That was the cherry on top of the cake of a nice 5-0 win.

Thought we won that game without having to try our hardest - was expecting a little bit more from Birmingham to be honest. I said to MsG in the first half that it was noticeable at the amount of time we were allowed on the ball in the midfield.

Hats off to Maxi. He hasn't been getting that much of a look in lately. But when the King has called him in, he's come up with the goods. Man of the match for me.

Also hats off to Pepe. There was a few shots that needed dealing with but he was ever present to get shut of any danger.

Made up for Diego. No doubt he'll be going home a proud brazilian scouser!

Thought a lot of people wouldn't know who Dave Kirby was tbh Kenny, but he's a top fella and has done some boss stuff on Liverpool....google him people and take a look at some of his poems etc.

Some very good displays out there today, Maxi, obviously, Kuyt, Lucas, Pepe, Flanno, Suarez...trippy feet  ;D all played realy well.

Made up to have seen a 5-0 drubbing and some exceptional play today...and all without the likes of Gerrard, Johnson and Carroll, this is what we'll need for next season, strength in depth in the squad.

Liverpool - You make me smile and feel soooooo happy !!!!!

There was a guy who used to call in to 606 regularly with his poems about Liverpool a few years back but I haven't heard from him in years I believe. They were always brilliant poems and ones which gave Alan Green a lot to be cheerful at! I wonder if it was Mr Kirby?

I would love love love to do what you do and get to Anfield and meet those great people btw!

Well that result was a delight and what is pleasing me most these days is the way the players are fighting for every ball and backing each other up.I can only wonder where we would be if we had had Kenny from the start of the season instead of Hodgson. Our young full backs, Shelvey and Spearing can be very proud of themselves and the future is looking good.

Well I'm a very remote Liverpool fan. Come from Orkney but now that I go to Glasgow for uni it's certainly opening up opportunities for me. First I have to seek out train schedules and money but I will  be there next season!

I thought the team was fantastic, played brilliantly. I just love to see that Flanagan & Robinson are doing so well and our youth academy once again is producing some fine players for today and indeed for the future. Kenny has worked his magic on everybody at our club and I cannot wait for next season!! We will be back playing CL football very soon. A left winger would be a nice addition to the squad for next season. YNWA.....

What a fantastic performance and result from the lads today.

Just loving having LFC back playing how only we can.  Fast flowing, pass and move, scoring from all over the pitch, battling for every ball, crunching tackles, team spirit.  It's all there again.

The last 3 games have been consistent good displays, from every single player.

Superb from Maxi to get his hatrick.

Suarez - WOW!! just wow, again.  How good will he be when he's settled in and up to speed  ;D

Finally the youngsters.  Organised, professional, calm and mature performances from all of them.
