How much money can the club make by sales in the summer?

So we all know there is going to be a summer exodus of players. How much money do you think we can make out of the possible sales of such players like Kyriagkos, Degan, El Zhar, N'Gog, Jones, Aquilani, Cole, Poulsen, Aurelio, Insua, Jovanovic?

Also listing a lot of these players really makes it obvious that there is absolutely no point to some of them being at the club.

Could possibly reduce that two wingers if we promoted Raheem Sterling & Toni Silva from the academy to deputise in injuries and suspensions.

Albeit that's a risky scenario when the majority of depth is youth.

Not going to go into specific player values but i feel we can pull in around £30 million for the deadwood. Add that to the quoted £50 million kitty and there's a healthy £80 million kitty. That should bring in 4 or 5 top class players. Players that can put us back where we belong.

I know that won't happen but you know want I mean. You would need 3-4 players to replace them lot but I'm sure a few youngsters could make the step up.

I'd be surprised if N'Gog went for more than Poulsen. Both are poor players but being an experienced international I think we could get 3 million for Poulsen.

I know what you mean, just swapping 12 for 1 would be pretty funny though. But yeah I would sell at least 8 of the names you mentioned. And bring in as many replacements as possible. Hoping for a big summer.

Does anyone know how much we pay Maxi in wages?  If it's not a huge amount I'd be really tempted to keep him, not because of yesterday but because he seems to have a good relationship with Suarez.  I think that's really important.  If we can keep Suarez (and his family) happy then not getting £3M and not saving on his wages isn't a huge price to pay.

And if he can keep on doing what he did yesterday, then defo keep him

Poulsen is in the twighlight of his career and is sh*t (Shame Roy couldn't see that), N'Gog is young and does have some potential.

From that list, I can see Insua staying, unless Galatasary put the offer in and Maxi staying also. Reckon they could be handy squad players.

I'd agree but I can't see anyone say from a top division in Europe's main leagues wanting N'Gog. I know you'll think I'm completely mad   but I'd still think Poulsen would be more effective than N'Gog in a squad. He's got experience to fall back on. N'Gog has absolutely none. But regardless both shouldn't be in the squad.

I wouldn't expect anything into 6 figures with El Zhar. I'm seriously thinking around £800,000.

We should not sell Maxi, he's helping Suarez settle in and will a good squad player next season.

In all honesty we shouldn't sell Maxi, not sure about Soto, he's only going to lose pace and as good as he is in the air, slippery players(Odiemwinge for example) can take advantage of his lack of pace. Not sure, might be worth keeping.

Maxi is Aguero's best friend....why would we get rid of him
