Watched him play for Ireland tones of times, quality player but not as good as Shane Long, we missed out there IMO.

I disagree. I think he is a fantastic player and is miles better than Long. While Long is good, Doyle is probably as good with a far better attitude. Sign him up! Don't take the piss with the fee though, something along the lines of £8m would be sound.

I'd offer then £15m + N'Gog, Poulsen and Cole tbh.

I have seen Shane Long and Kevin Doyle a lot, and Kevin Doyle is head and shoulders above Long.

Doyle is a very clever footballer would welcome him here.

He's decent.

But not really sure for someone who's goalscoring ain't great and is 27 (almost 28). He'll work hard but then again shoving Kuyt up there does the same thing.

Saying that though he's definitely an upgrade on Ngog and his age might not be that important if we plan on getting Morgan to break into the first team squad in the next 3 years.

Not 100% sure on this one, will trust Kenny if he goes for it.

I've always liked this fella, and I think it'd be excellent business to get him in if Ngog goes.

Think he like Bellamy, would be a great signing as a back up striker, and Doyle would be great to have a substitute, he works very hard for the team, also has a clinical finish on him as well. Would love to see him at the club.

The only Wolves player we should be looking to sign is Jarvis. Quality player

Wolves  striker Kevin Doyle  has revealed that speculation linking him with a move away from Molineux hasn’t put him off his game. He told the Express & Star:

“It didn’t put me off at all – it was funny. It was better being linked with those teams, I suppose. I will just get on with things. The manager and the lads have a laugh at me.”

The Irish international has been linked with Liverpool  and Arsenal  in recent days.

Wouldn't touch him, he is not adding much quality to the attacking line. I think there are better options out there to be had.

I'd prefer Steven Fletcher if we're going after Wolves strikers.

Last season Fletcher played 1395 mins in the EPL, while Doyle played 2188, and still scored 10 goals, against Doyle's 5. And he isn't even an out and out striker, he is comfortable on the wings as well.

Apart from his 'industry' I've never really seen much in him, as a striker, to be honest. He's anything but prolific; tho' I suppose that could change playing in a better team with better players.
