Liverpool 0-2 Spurs in game and post match annoyance

Im expecting a really hard game today. 2-1 carroll and johnson to score

It'll be Carroll as a focal point of attack with Kuyt, Suarez and Maxi all playing in and around him. I suppose if you put it down on paper the formation might be 4-2-3-1, but it's so fluid in attack I'm not sure you can really apply a static formation to it.

Lucas as usual now holding a bit deeper and Spearing given a little more license to get forward. Would really like to see a Spearing goal in front of the Kop today, think the lad deserves it for the performances he's put in.

I think today will go some way in telling us just where we are concerning the top four. It's simple enough, Spurs were in the top four last season and will be looking for that Europa League slot just as much as us.

Should be interesting, these are the teams we need to be beating if we really want to finish top of the pile.
