I log in facebook and see that I have "shared" a video 5 hours ago, yet I've just logged on?

Anyone realized if you have used the new facebook app via blackberry or iphone all your numbers are stored on the site, go onto account edit friends then contacts, your whole contact list is on there, its stupid, i removed mine.
