Hendo was my MOTM. He played amazingly tonight. I'm going to start calling him Key, because his long ball is constantly unlocking the opposition's defense. One of the most noticeable things I’ve noticed is his athleticism. He has become a machine, he would always work hard but this guy now, he’s an absolute athlete, same as a few of our lads (Mo takes the biscuit), but Hendo hasn’t clearly put the work in physically and tactically to get to where he is. 

He’ll never be a top player cos old bacon face said he’s got an unusual gait.

Just listen to Jürgen and the ex Liverpool players and then say you never rated him. He does the job the manager gives him to do and does it oh so well. He was yet again excellent last night and has developed into a  world class Trophy Lifter

Jordan get lots of credit in the press now it has taken quite sometime for him to be accepted for what he is a cracking footballer and a great lad. Over the years here all managers have played him when fit and the way he was instrumental in Bobby's goal summed him up.
Defending in the box laying it off pushing forward for the return and then splitting their defence with a pass to Sadio.

Never really been a fan of Jordan but he has been immense lately

Any news on his injury? Thought he was great again last night, our best player after Trent.

Personally I think he is one of the reasons we are defending better the last few games. Main reason is probably Gomez, but Hendo has played better than Fab in the DM role this season in my opinion. Fab is more stylish and makes some lovely timed tackles, but Hendo is more diligent and has fewer lapses of concentration. Anyway, don't want us to be without both of them for any length of time.

Jürgen says he's fine and that in fact he could have carried on last night if needed, but he didn't want to chance it. Basically he got cleated. Painful for sure but nothing long-term for him. If he doesn't start Sunday it would be for rotation/rest's sake, not due to any injury.

even now on here he is still getting faint praise. He is picked by every manager he plays for. He did a job for Jürgen despite it not being his preferred position and he has been a monster player since getting over his injuries some time back now. We are so lucky to have him a bit like Bobby his contribution cannot be really summed up in simple terms he does so much covering all over the pitch he has turned into a monster player these past few seasons
