Decent bit of business for the price we paid. Never going to be a World beater & will always be first point of call for the scapegoat predators to vent their anger on following a disappointing performance, but he performed better than many others last season.

For the sake of his own career would probably be best for him to move on. Then again, I wouldn't want to leave LFC for Fulham if I was him either.

Charlie Adam in my opinion isn't good enough to play for Liverpool, sorry if I'm upsetting you.

What are his strengths and does he in your opinion have the ability to be a regular in Liverpool? Would he get into any of the other sides competing for a champions league spot? If he's for sale, would any of those teams be interested?

It looks like it. There were some tweets about it afterwards.

Was never a liverpool player. He fits perfectly in a mid table team where he can manage the pressures of the game. For LFC he is expected to perform 100% in every game and of course he isnt the got to guy in the midfield unlike when he was in Blackpool where he had more of the ball therby looking phenomenal to some when he was just an average player.

He would redeem himself in Stoke and i believe its a great deal for all parties involved.

For LFC a loss of 4 mil for a 26 year old is okay freeing up some cash for some last minute deals in a position where i think we are covered so shouldnt feel the loss of Adams.

For Stoke a useful addition for a team which is low in creative polayers. Charlie would fit perfectly into their team and at 4 mil its not a great risk to take.

For Charlie its a great deal for him to reddem himself and revive his career in a mid table team and prove he can still deliver in the premiership. The price tag is also okay for an average player so that shouldnt weigh on his shoulder.

I think its a great deal for all the parties. He was never a Liverpool player but he is a decent/ average player

I've always felt the reaction towards Charlie was way over the top by some. He always tried his best, had some good games, put up decent numbers, but ultimately wasn't consistently good enough for a top. It was never his fault he was made a regular ahead of someone like Raul Meireles.

Best of luck to Charlie. I think he's going to turn out quite well for Stoke.

Adam certainly isn't the greatest player to pull on a LFC shirt but some of the abuse is ridiculous. Spearing is crap and takes no where near the same level of abuse because he is a Liverpool lad.

Good luck Charlie, hope you get back to your Blackpool form at Stoke, sure you'll fit in there well what with your set pieces
