      They're cu*ts anyway.

Irrespective the noose has tightened and the cu*ts have nowhere to hide, this latest stunt is no more than playing for time, delaying the inevitable by any means possible.

The panel's decision on this latest delaying tactic will reflect on their credibility and intention. Thus far they have acted correctly let's hope they continue and burn the witch on a symbolic stake of truth.

I actually thought that after 22 years, they're gonna let the families and the public view these files, how naive of me. Disgusted right now.

I think we can conclude by their abhorrent reluctance to release these documents, that the information in them will be so damming they may very well have a case to answer.

I believe that to be the case as well.

A web of lies and deceit, and perhaps even knowledge of missing tapes.

We all know that the police and certain special forces got thatcher all moist, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if she ordered cover ups at every level.

It wouldn't do her party any good at all to have one or more of their "legends" pursued for breaking the law - not that it'd happen.

This just highlights the self serving nature of politicians in this country.

I long for the day when they are shown to be the creatures of corruption we all know them to be.

I think you're right too.  One minute there's seemingly light at the end of the tunnel, the next the government removes the lightbulb.

I really hope this appeal fails.

Petition here if anyone wants to sign it:

Tony Barret, you've stolen my post ;-)

I have a feeling there is something really condemning in these reports.

If not why have the suits not released them by now. You can bet your arse if the reports blamed the fans they'd have been published and be on DVD by now.

Feel the government are craping themselves as are the bizzies.

Disgraced by this latest turn of events. So David Cameron - what the happened to the honest/changed/modern Tory party you promised for years? Where was the transparency huh? Gits. Disappointed and a further cock up to add to Cameron's summer of cock ups.

We had that moron Gordon Brown two years back running away from questions calling for an inquiry and now we've got this led by the core elitist southern bas**rds of the Tories.

When will the government stand up and answer those desperate calls for justice? Their actions are the actions akin to an undemocratic nation. That is how those families have been treated by the UK government. Treated like second class citizens. It's disgusting.
