Hahaha those sky ads for the game Sunday, with the sky generation gremlins banging on about bringing the rivalry back etc, always reminds me of pre-match fa cup final 2005 and bbc reporter trying to get some manc man utd fans to go on about the rivalry between you lot and Arsenal and the manc replies "we haven't got a rivalry with Arsenal, our rivals will always be Liverpool"

There was a bit of rivalry back then (2005) but nothing, and I mean nothing will rival the fantastic rivalry with you lot.

Everyone except United fans hated Sir Alex, massive arsehole, arrogant bully IMO but knew how to win football games, a great manager.

Arteta has not won anything yet but he's doing a good job on a small budget, respect to him and his team.

Arsenal look like the pressure is getting to them now.
Results have gone for them this weekend but I fully expect city to win the league with games to spare.

Disagree, watched the Arsenal docuseries on Amazon and found it hard to dislike him.  Under an extreme amount of pressure and he seems to genuinely care about his players and wants the best for them. But then again I don’t hate Mourinho either so there’s that.  Sir Alex was a pr**k though, don’t care how good of a manager he was and I also can’t stand Pep….epitome of born on third and thought he got a triple.

As for Arsenal winning it, I wouldn’t mind but part of me would be frustrated that we keep missing out despite finishing with 90 odd points then Arsenal have a good season for the first time in 20 years and win it…..

Throwing matches is what small clubs do.

At the end of the day, if you're not willing to win any game of football, even if it is to the benefit of a so called rival (reader - Man City are not Liverpool's rivals and never will be) then I'd question that team's priorities and with that you'd question whether they have the mindset to win the big stuff beyond.
