Thought Raya had a great game, Ramsdale isn’t good enough for Arsenal but at the same time he is too good to sit on the bench, Arsenal would be so much stronger if they had an out and out striker, thankfully they haven’t

Never liked Arsenal and Arteta just adds another reason to hate them.

Wenger was another who thought his sh*t smelt better than anyone else's. And the fans think they're entitled to be challenging for major honours just because they're Arsenal.

You’ve lost Klopp. Big negative.
Yet to buy this summer. Big negative.
Arsenal improved on paper.
City don’t really need to improve as arguably still the best team in the league.

Have Arsenal really improved ?

Lost two players and gained one


City lost a main player and seemed to have brought some who will lack end product

We have a fully fit squad , lot of players looking very good

On paper yes but do they need to improve to finish above you when they’ve done that the last two years?

City sold a top striker  that at the end of the day was their second string attacker. Do they need to improve?

You have the same squad ( currently ) as last year so fail to see how you can improve on that. ?

The biggest factor is you have no Klopp. I just don’t see how 🦥 in his first year can get you winning the title.

We were clear of both clubs until we suffered injuries to Robbo , Trent , Mo.  Jota


City needed Alvarez when Haaland was out and I believe Arsenals squad is paper thin with not much back up

To emphasis the point - Arsenal will have the smallest squad in the Prem when Nketiah leaves with 22 players

Injuries as you know part and parcel of the game and that won’t change. Expect injuries again like all the top teams that put 100% commitment in. If there’s such a thing coming off a manc Jota my favourite player but you know it’s highly unlikely you’re getting a season with him injury free.

Even if Arsenal have the smallest squad what they do have is an abundance of class in it and can  see why they’ve improved significantly over the last 2/3 years. It even hurts to say Lego head doing a great job but it’s true, even more so with a smaller squad. The kunts will go very very close this year and once again will take City to the wire. As previously said I can’t call it this year which is testament to how well the gunners are doing. 🤢

I don’t think City really needed Alvarez being honest but what a great player to replace Haaland after 60/70 mins. They’ve won the league without a reconise striker such is the  talent in depth  which no other team in the league can match.

Nah I was implying with a little worry that if our squad is as strong as shiittys. We may also get into trouble from FFP!

Arsenal have Trossard on the bench, which is crazy. The guy is very good and I like him a lot: not a fancy player but he does the essential well. He scores regularly.

I hope Gakpo and Nunez can be as influential from the bench; whether we like it or not Arsenal and City are the benchmarks now and to win, we need to be better than them.
