      * I'm pretty sure the stadium is now paid for, maybe Mac_Red Devil Hunter can clarify.

How long until the aggravating aggregator is officially back from suspension so we can have more great articles about a club I don't give an (ahem) arse about.

Look at Arsenal's start to the season:

13 Aug: Newcastle United (a) Premier League
16 Aug: Udinese (h) Champions League play-off first leg
20 Aug: Liverpool (h) Premier League
24 Aug: Udinese (a) Champions League play-off second leg
28 Aug: Manchester United (a) Premier League

That is a very tough run of games...

      Good!

I have no affinity for any other EPL teams whatsoever.

If one of our rivals could be in a really bad position after the first 5-6 games, I'd be elated.

I don't care if they play "pretty" football, they stand in our way to success.

My feelings exactly. F**k all other 19 teams, it's all about the 'pool.

And suck it Arsenal. Hope they get knocked out of the CL at the qualifying stage, will send them down the tube even more. They are very close to ending up in a similar position to us the last two seasons - and thats with no major owner or manager issues like we had.

      Udinese for their qualifier?

Might stick a few quid on the Italians.

Me too don't give a damn about any other team but we're here analyzing our rivals' situation to discuss how could we beat them at any means.

Look at Arsenal's start to the season:

      Quote
13 Aug: Newcastle United (a) Premier League
16 Aug: Udinese (h) Champions League play-off first leg
20 Aug: Liverpool (h) Premier League

28 Aug: Manchester United (a) Premier League

That is a very tough run of games...

And that's where we should collect our three points and look at them over our shoulder, standing at the top and keep them distant as far as we can.

Don't put any money on Udinese. As an Udinese fan, i don't see how they'll beat Arsenal. They haven't bought anyone and sold two of their best players.

I don't see Di Natale doing it all himself. After all the hard work of making it in to fourth, why they have spent nothing and looked to kick on, i have no idea. It's sad.

They need a new CB and at least two attackers, while strengthening the centre of the park. It'll be back to fighting for a Europa spot this season.

I think Arsenal would have massive problems if they let Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas go, especially if both together.

Imagine letting them go and then not being able to replace them quickly enough. How much longer before Robin van Persie, Aaron Ramsey and even Thomas Vermalen decide to move on?

      Typical Arsene.

Troubles in defence, troubles in goal and he goes for a 12m winger under 21 years old.

Keep him, Arsenal. One less club to worry about battling for a trophy.

wont pick up enough points away from home, lose at places too often where they should come away with 3 points. wont win the league.

Arsenal could be good if they spent. Lets say they had sold Nasri for £20million and got £40million for Fabregas, they could have done this perhaps:

                                  Schzney

           Sagna     Vermaelan  G.Cahill(15m)   Baines(12m)

                                  A.Song
                           Wilshere   Banega(20m)

                     Walcott     V.Persie   Gervinho

They could be decent if they sold them and gave themselves enough time to replace the two.

Oh goodness, Arsenal created their own trophy and couldn't win it.

They should beat Udinese fairly easily. Udinese haven't done anything this summer other than sell two of their best players. Too bad we don't get Arsenal after the away fixture, though ;)

Ryo Miyaichi has been granted his work permit. Now they really have to wonder about Chamberlain coming in

Heard he is a top prospect not seen him myself.

Heard a good one myself about Arsenal yesterday. One of my mates is involved with the Fai, he is friendly with a scout over in Arsenal. He was telling him that months before Utd bought Javier Hernadez Arsenal sent there central America scout to watch him after they heard rave reports about him.

The scout watched him over 5 games and reported back he was decent but there is no way he would succeed in the Premiership they decided to send him to a 6th game and he came back and said the same. So Arsenal decided to steer clear of him a good bit before Utds interest. He would have been exactly what they needed a poacher

Miyaichi is an exciting player, very tricky player, fast and technical. I've seen him play for Feyenoord. I think he's going to be worldclass. Played on the left wing for Feyenoord.

Yes I agree Bier. Ryo Miyaichi is going to be a very fine player.  Thats why I don't understand (like most) the money they spent for Chamberlein.

Interesting story, corbally. I have also heard through some friends that Arsenal had interests in Javier Hernandez.

What is his F***ing logic here? I just don't get it.

Your defence is pish! Do something about it!! He frustrates the F**k out of me and i've no shits about Arsenal, so imagine how annoyed a proper Arsenal fan would feel.

But when they concede, it will because the Ref did not see a free kick 20 mins ago.

To be fair, they looked fairly solid at the start of the season when Vermaelen was playing regularly but then he got injured of course. He could make a big difference for them this year.

And he's got F**k all as back up, so he signs two wingers! I don't understand him.

How's he still got a job? Probably because he knows this will be his last and doesn't want to retire yet.
