      Framing a shirt
      Aug 01, 2011 03:10:08 am
Can anyone really help me here?

I want to frame a Gerrard shirt but only showing his name, his number and the collar. So basically, it's square all around except for the top but I have no idea how to do it myself.

My first thought is to insert a cardboard that fits the shape of shirt I want frame - a neck shape and straight edge along the sides and the bottom.

Do I need to sew the shirt?

      Would really appreciate the help!

I was only thinking of doing this myself Adryan, I have a community shield shirt I'd like framed and was thinking of placing cardboard to keep shape and using small pins to keep the shirt in place. I wouldnt go as far as sewing but then again I cant sew!

I've inserted a cardboard into the shirt to keep it "solid" and my aunt has taken it to the framing shop.

I made sure to tell her that it is not to be sewn at all cost!

Will let you know how it turns out :)
