Insomnia.  Tried once already to get to sleep, took a sleeping pill two hours ago.  Not even drowsy.

It was a long hard slog of a day, should be out on my feet.  Might just have a glass of wine, see if that takes the edge off.

been getting a bit of a workout every day since saturday

there's this big sailing regatta thing on where i live, the biggest in the world and it's basically just an excuse for a massive piss-up

i haven't been drinking much but all the walking around town's done me in

Been looking at my posting graph, quietest between 0400-1000, most active between 2300-0100.  Been trying to get to sleep by midnight this week, with no joy.

My girlfriend's parents are muslim and she tried fasting once, said it was hard, apparently she couldn't even drink water?

Worked a late one.This has to be THE best way to wind down.(With a bevvy of course).

Don't worry i am a secret to my girls family, all baring her little brother, who has to put up with me going to her house when the parents work, well mainly in her bedroom, i feel sorry for the lad, i really do
