Who the heck is this guy? (Real Madrid - Barcelona fight!)

Been reading and seeing the images of Mourinho's eye poke and this image caught my eye:

My question is - who the heck is the sinister looking guy in the middle watching benignly as Mourinho's poking the Barca coach's eye? Borat's long lost brother? Stalin's missing son?

He also stands a head taller than everyone else - and he just seems completely incongruous!

I just found it hilarious and my curiosity was piqued!!

Any answers?

Sorry, I'm stupid..  But that man seems "absent" in the photo and also in the video... There's a scene like that in front of him and he hasn't got any expression on his face 

I'm quite happy with this Barcelona-Real fued that's going on. It's creating a split in the Spanish national team between the two camps. Some of the players don't even talk to each other anymore. Hope it gets worse as the season progresses, so that my country has a bigger chance to win Euro 2012. We're actually, for the first time ever, in 1st place on the FIFA rankings right now. Now just to actually win something.
