Absolutely made up with the side we put out. Intent to go out and win was such a refreshing change.

Suarez was the star man all over again. Thought Henderson looked like he lacked confidence on a night when it was ideal to shine. I reckon a rest will do him the world of good.

Happy with the win, thought we could have played a bit better in the first half but it turned into a stroll in the second. More interested in the teams performance than individual performances at the moment. Thought we did ok.

I agree with you mate but you must learn to celebrate victories rather than just pick out all of the negatives you can possibly find.

Comfortable performance and great to get another win.

Suarez was the obvious stand out player but I don't feel anyone had a particularly bad game and although some were slightly better than others.

Henderson despite some of the criticism he has got on here played well and I also thought Jay Spearing had a very tidy game in midfield and outshone Charlie Adam for most of the game.

Wilson and Skrtel looked very solid at the back albiet against weak opposition.

Good win and the only negative was the injury to Raul which I hope isn't too serious.

Glad that Andy got a goal, wasn't his best showing however. Flanno & Henderson's confidence looks abit low to me, sure Kenny will put an arm round them both later on in the week and we will see them back to top form soon enough.

He is our most talented footballer so it's not unusual for a lot of our good play and creativity to come through him as that is why we spent the money on him after all.

We're three games into the season with a good few additions to the team. We'll click into gear mate. Any team in the world would miss Suarez by the way.

I'm sure you did say chances, I also thought Suarez had been subbed when Downing forced their keeper into a save.  That was a chance.

What attributes make him better than Agger in your opinion?

Mostly his defending, his positioning, tackling and aerial ability, also his passing. Stats bear that out.  People are seduced by Agger's attacking runs.

Suarez got MoTM & rightly so

No doubt we created less chances when Suarez went off, you always are when that quality of player is no longer involved. But I think the fact we were 3-0 up was a massive factor, was more or less a training match after the third goal.
