Your Bucket List

Well, as it's incredibly quiet on here tonight, I'll kick off a new topic.

Let's hear what you have on your 'Bucket List'. I'm sure most of you are familiar with the term but for anyone who's not, it's a list of things you want to do before you die or 'kick the bucket'.

I'm not asking for your whole list in one go, just some ideas of what you'd like to do then you can come back to the thread and add more as you think of them.

Well there is rumours he bats for the other side.

I'd definitely have a lot of travelling on my list as well. One wish would be to spend a few months travelling around the States. Not really your 'tourist-y' areas but to visit areas where some of my favourite musicians and bands started out or where some of my favourite films were set.

Visit Anfield, watch a game there, than spend a couple of months in England, than Rio and Bahia, you know since I'm in Brazil, of to Spain with my three best friends for a long holiday, and I think I'd be good to go.

Oh yes!  Saw a programme on Orcas last night, it was fascinating.  With you on those MsG.

One thing I've always fancied doing close to home is travelling round and exploring the coastline of Britain.  If I timed it right I could take in the Northern Lights at the same time.  I've never been to Cornwall, or Norfolk, or anywhere on the east coast of England (north of Sothend ).  I've only been to Glasgow and Edinburgh and some of the lochs in Scotland.

I want to do a sports travel around the world. I had a list of stadiums I want to visit before I die but it was so ridiculously long I stopped updating it. But some places I just have to go, at least once - like watching the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City, and also Tampa Bay Lightning, Dallas Cowboys, Oakland A's, Munster, Accrington Stanley (yes, you read it right!)...

I want to travel for a country hosting a World Cup. The next one will be here, so that's great, but I'd like to travel to a different country for a month during the WC, watch a few games and feel and breathe the competition.

Living abroad is another feature on my list. I'm growing a bit frustrated about that, when I was younger I thought I would have done it by now. I'm accepting job offers btw Anywhere!

I want to live in a few other countries in the next 10 years. I've lived in South Africa for 6 months, for an internship during my uni days. After uni I lived in Gothenburg for a year. And I've lived in Bangkok for 6 months while my girlfriend was doing her internship there. Those were the best experiences of my life. There are some specific other countries where I'd like to live for a while, but I've learned to just take it as it comes, I'm not picky. Unfortunately there's nothing else planned yet.

I have a dream that could never happen and that is to go back to Anfield and find they have ripped all the seats out of the KOP and stand there one last time.That KOP had so many so many sad and happy memories but mostly good memories like winning the league in 1947 but I must say I was in the boys pen then.Getting relegated in the 1950s and watching us come third  in the old second division,only the first 2 got promoted in those days.The arrival of our saviour Bill Shankly and the successes that followed in the 60s,70s, and 80s.I dream that some of our great players could have the ageing process reversed and let our younger fans see what us old fellers rave on about when we talk about them.I dream of 1965 and winning the cup for the 1st time,the thrill of the REDS bringing the cup home,parading it round the ground and smashing Inter Milana few days later.I am just glad that I was born a RED and without a doubt will have the satisfaction of dieing a RED.

2. Be accepted into a family orientation. I don't think I said this on here, but I haven't got any family. They deserted me from a young age.

3. Be someone that brings joy into other people lives - I feel that I don't, especially to my closest friends, I have a self-destruct button .

I hope you get what you wish for hun  that's sad to hear about your Family  I would love us to win the Premiership, and I know we will and soon.

Of course....Thats the point, Its not a "Bucket List" unless their is a slight chance of being arrested or getting a concussion.

I dont plan on beating people with a shoe or choking on CS gas but a little adrenaline is always good for the soul.

Do every girl I've ever fancied, and any one I already have again

1) Backpack through Europe
2) Attend a World Cup
3) Visit Australia
I am sure there is other stuff I would love to complete before life is over, but that is all I can think of right now.

I hate thinking about a bucket list, don't know why, just thinking about things I want to do before I die leaves me a little pail.

1. Get a permanent good job with good career prospects.
2. Have a relationship that I don't F**k up.
3. LFC to win the league

- study something I value (languages, modern history, philosophy) and not career driven (eg. IT again, business, economics, accounting). I don't feel I have the head or motivation to launch into studying something career orientated next year. I will be 22 and I've been working in IT for a few years, feel like this is not for me.

- complete a coaching course and work with juniors to start. coach teams up to u18s and eventually beyond. football, of course

- record and distribute music on my own and also with mates

- study German and Greek again, two languages I know but not fluently

- eventually learn Portugese and attend Brazil 2014 with my old man and bro

- live in Liverpool for a while and attend a string of games

- be successful and influential. make a difference to my local football clubs. see Australia and its people become a little "smarter"

I guess this is more short term but I value this thread for making me put it into perspective
